They would not allow me to pick up until the next day at 1000 even though online it says they are 24hrs. Went to pick up my car the next morning and the google address took me to possibly the owners’s house that had 2 white tow trucks out in council bluffs. Had to drive a 25 minutes out to the actual location, only to find out there is no building or staff, but instead someone who I was in contact with over the phone met me there to open a locked fenced area where all the towed cars were being “stored”. The area didn’t look safe for vehicle storage. They don’t take card, so I had to go to a gas station up the road that only allows 200 to be withdrawn from the ATM, while their exorbitant fee was $205. We locked our keys in our new car trying to set up our door lock code on the outside ….and our 1 year old was in the backseat ! I was stranded on the side of the interstate in the dark. I called captains and Heath came out and within 15 minutes he was there! He was super efficient and had my truck up on the tow truck and ready to go in less than 5 minutes. Heath was super friendly and down to earth. I will recommend Captains and Health to everyone I know! If I could give him 10 starts I would. Great guy, even better service!
